Salesforce Team lead
As Salesforce Team Lead, CRM Business Architect & Pre-Sales Manager I’m part of the senior team within the CRM practice at Inetum-Realdolmen and part of the overall Inetum-Realdolmen leadership team.
- Manage a team of 15 Salesforce consultants.
- CRM business consultant, helping customers defining their CRM strategy and roadmap, functional/business analysis and alignment between IT and the business, transforming functional needs into a solution design and mapping this on budgets, GDPR compliance advise, etc. Collaborate with the consultants who are specialized in the technical architecture, integrations, actual implementations, Salesforce development, project & change management, as such smoothening the digital transformation projects.
- Leading the pre-sales engagements & processes, accountable as bid architect for the overall content of our bids.
- Lead the Salesforce reselling, contracting, licensing and GDPR compliance approach for the Flemish government framework contract.
