I'm naturally rigorous and methodical, and my tasks involve analysing and resolving complex incidents. As technology is evolving towards the cloud, I'm committed to following this evolution and mastering how it works. I'm naturally curious and always looking for a challenge. I make a point of training myself in the customer's tools and related products, so as to provide the best possible solution to the customer's needs.
