During my internship at Springbok Agency in Mechelen earlier this year, I immersed myself in various aspects of the UX design process. This included crafting wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to shape customer flows. Actively engaged in user research, I conducted interviews and guided user tests, and developed comprehensive research testing guides. Collaborating closely with project managers and developers, I ensured seamless integration of design solutions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to share insights by presenting on the strategic integration of AI in design, highlighting the agency's commitment to innovation and forward-thinking approaches.

As a Graphic Designer at Immediate Media, I undertook a dual role working on Gardens Illustrated and BBC Music Magazine. I played a pivotal role in designing feature layouts, covers, and graphics for award-winning BBC special interest publications. Beyond print, I managed digital editions to optimize user engagement and collaborated closely with editorial, development, and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality monthly content. Additionally, I created marketing assets for diverse promotional channels such as festivals, award shows, events, and podcasts. Active participation in planning and production meetings, regular liaison with key stakeholders and contributors, and enhancing visual content through image editing and video were integral aspects of my role.

During my Postgraduate studies in Service Design at Thomas More in Mechelen (2022-23), I focused on developing impactful service solutions for community initiatives. Collaborating closely with provincial authorities and NGOs, I addressed accessibility needs through a user-centered design approach. Throughout the process, I adeptly applied the Double Diamond framework, employing a range of research and design tools such as interviews, personas, user journeys, and service blueprints. Notably, I aligned my tasks with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring a holistic and socially responsible approach to my service design endeavours.
