Main roles :
- Provide IT assistance and troubleshoot incidents
- Remote control on end users's devices for deeper investigation
- Escalate tickets to L2 / L3 support team when out of scope with a sumary of the already processed troubleshoot
- Usage of generic accounts in order to connect securely on servers with logged sessions
- Provide explanations to end users related to IT and security compliency within customer's infrastructure
- Grant access to internal ressources (also to users from another trusted forest).
- Manage user objects in Active Directory
- Deploy softwares, grant access to applications within citrix environment or Web UI
- Link tickets with cases on external suppliers's support platforms
- Knowledge base update
