I am a self-taught, pro-active professional with years of experience working in very complex ITIL environments with unclear stakeholders and processes. Stress-resistant and the ability to clearly define, discuss and communicate targets and goals using the service management defined methods and multiple change management techniques. I look forward to working together in a team. The ability to quickly understand and prioritize problems and put the required stakeholders into 1 (virtual) room to analyze the problem. After years of temporary project based assignments, I am looking for a long-term location to invest my time and skills.
