Manager of a mass document printing and digitalisation program for a consortium of belgian hospitals and clinics

WBFin is a Program aimed at replacing SPW’s (Service Public de Wallonie) legacy accounting system with an SAP-based integrated solution - Program size: 12 projects, 70 consultants, 1500 future users - Member of the Program’s Core Team, my main responsibilities are: 1/ Management of Quality / Methodology standards across all projects, from both client and provider sides; 2/ Risk Manager at program level, consolidating risks from 12 projects; 3/ Planning consolidation and follow-up

In the context of the KYC (Know Your Customer) Program, in the Customer Due Diligence Operations department, I contributed to: 1/ Setting up the transition plan to a “KYC aware” compliance department; 2/ Monitoring and control the transition plan (going from 15 to 45 people); 3/ Rationalising the department workload via process optimisation and identification / elimination of low added value tasks

Reporting to the Delivery Management Team of NRB, I have had the opportunity to:
• Contribute to an SAP-based offer for refactoring SPW accounting systems (business won by NRB in 2018)
• Coach and advice Project Managers in a PMBOK-based process adoption
• Act as an estimation specialist, bid management team member
• Follow-up systems development projects from an independent viewpoint, ensuring quality standards are met with regular reporting to Higher Management
• Set up process improvement roadmap towards Quality Objectives and implement the roadmap
• Manage introduction of OO/UML-based Analysis practices (inspired by the Unified Process)
• Contribute to a Lean-based transformation program

As member of the IT Competence Management team, I was responsible for guiding 65 IT professionals in their career evolution and competence development activities. This mission covered different aspects of competence / HR management.

Reporting to AXA Belgium CIO, I set up and led a Quality Assurance team (28 persons) in charge of coaching teams (500 IT professionals, 60 project teams) in delivering quality solutions through tailored processes and best practices.

As board member of this small sized consulting company, I contributed to its growth in terms of business and client portfolio diversification.
