Added value, efficiency and open and respectful communication are my keywords. I learned this by growing in my career and by working with and for many people. I feel the best in IT environments where I can build together or independently on a roadmap to deliver future proof added value. This will improve the experience for internal and external stakeholders. Being lucky to work in different functions in different companies I adapt quickly in every environment. I go first for a helicopter view and move then towards a deep dive to build the roadmap.
