I’m developing Check App, a field supervision solution composed of:
• a Spring Boot backend with a REST API, admin interface, and deployment on Azure,
• a native Android application built with Kotlin,
• and a real-time GPS tracking module, configurable and battery-optimized.

Integrated the Datadog monitoring solution into internal infrastructures. Performed technical analysis of applications and services to be monitored. Set up interactive dashboards, automated alerting, and application monitoring (logs, metrics, traces). Monitored applications deployed on Kubernetes (Rancher), on-premise, and Azure environments. Integrated Datadog with existing DevOps tools to enhance visibility, continuous monitoring, and team responsiveness.
Provided first-level technical assistance to SPRB agents. Diagnosed and resolved issues related to workstations, office applications, and printers. Escalated complex incidents to higher support levels. Contributed to the continuous improvement of support procedures.
