I’m a hands-on Business Data Analyst who loves using data, automation, and smart processes to make work easier and more efficient. Over the past five years, I’ve worked with multiple departments, building tools, reports and applications that help teams make more informed, better and faster decisions within the Office 365 framework. Right now, I’m levelling up my skills in strategy, product ownership, and application development both through a postgraduate degree and real-world international projects so I can eventually lead teams that design and roll out better systems from the ground up. Whether I’m building dashboards or sharing insights for a team, I always focus on clear communication, collaboration and practical problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
