William Thevis

William is an IT consultant within the Technology Strategy and Transformation team at Deloitte Consulting Belgium, focusing on IT Business Management (IT operating model, IT governance, IT strategy, etc.). Within Deloitte, William is primarily involved in projects for clients in the public sector: Implementing (agile) a CRM system (business analyst); Establishing IT governance to improve collaboration between business and IT (business analyst); Implementing ServiceNow to replace JIRA and Confluence (functional analyst); Developing an IT transformation strategy for Deloitte NSE (IT consultant); Developing (agile) an online platform for EU citizens and entrepreneurs (IT consultant).

As a student employee, William supported the IT manager in the implementation of Business Central to replace Navision. In this role, William wrote user manuals and trained the teams in Business Central. He also translated business needs into concrete requirements.

As an intern in the IT department, William set up a digital stock management system between the warehouse for small parts and the central SAP system.
