Geert Renckens

From 1986 to 2000 I had leadership positions in various industries : foreman in automotive, electronics, elevators & escalators and telecommunications. As Technical Coordinator at Telenet, I immersed myself in advanced computer science and communication technology, in particular the worldwide web. Over the years I have built up a lot of knowledge in computer science with regard to privacy, protection of sensitive information, accessibility & usability. I am currently looking for a new challenge, in which coordination, coaching or training play a leading role. I would like to work in research & development, education, government or the socio­cultural sector.
