As a Workstation Support Specialist, I provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and MacOS workstations.
Additionally, I collaborate closely with the system team to integrate MacOS devices into the NRB Group and Ethias ecosystem.
