Key accomplishments: This work aims to carry out an upstream impact assessment to ensure that, at the decommissioning time of the concerned applications, the new applications will meet all or part of the same functional requirements.

Context of the project: The financing process focuses on reporting, consolidating, and providing figures. The function is to process the intercompany reconciliation every month.
Key accomplishments: Improved the reporting system by adding specific macros which empowered the collection of data and therefore reduced the delay in the existing statistics reporting system:

Key accomplishments: Understand and monitor the full activity of the Static Team (from the creation of an instrument until the very last level of control). Key accomplishments: Improved the scholarship attribution process which used to take several months by analyzing the existing system and proposing a new way of working. The existing system was characterized by heavy procedures and non-consolidated information; thus, my role was to propose drastic improvements to improve all processes and reduce the procedure deadlines:
