Support (1st line and 2nd line Support and 3rd line Support) is what I love to do most. In the beginning years, I gained experience as a (web-)developer and did also Database development, but now I do mainly Support. I am very versatile, and don’t love it to sit still. I have, thanks to my profound language skills (I fluently speak 5 languages!) gained experience over the last years in support functions. I love to see the direct results from helping people when they have an issue.
