With over 14 years of IT experience, I started as a helpdesk technician and transitioned into Quality Assurance, driven by curiosity and a focus on the end user. After leading teams to high performance, I took on the role of Agile Project Manager, emphasizing excellence and business growth. As an Agile Project Manager, I managed the entire delivery process, from logging requirements in Jira to prioritizing the release backlog and ensuring team adherence to processes. I fostered a culture of problem-solving and open communication. In my role as a Senior Agilist/Scrum Master, I coached teams in Agile practices, facilitated ceremonies, removed impediments, and ensured effective stakeholder collaboration and KPI reporting.
