Calqi is a startup aimed at architects. As the sole full-time developer,
I was responsible for modernizing the application.
This role challenged me to expand my technical skills, particularly in
handling a complex legacy codebase with a lot of responsability.
I contributed at the rewrite of how to upload a profile picture, started
on a new page
Consultancy.
I started as part of a 4-member team with 1 teamlead and eventually
took on the responsibility of leading the team independently.
Our focus was the complete custom development of complex
websites from concept until release. This was also my first real
experience in releasing websites using Google Cloud.
My first paid working experience was as a consultant for the Flemish
Government.
I concluded my academic journey with an 8-week internship at an
agency, where I worked in a duo to develop a CMS-based website for
a furniture store.
As part of the team, we received frontend and backend support when
needed. The project followed an agile workflow, including regular
client demos to ensure alignment with their needs
