Thesis Title: Text Embedding Approaches in Medical Coding. My research examined the impact of different text embedding techniques on the performance of automated coding systems, comparing traditional word embedding methods with modern models.
Explored LOINC codification for lab reports captured via mobile, developed a prototype that takes an image and yields the LOINC codes for the tests.
