As a Field Engineer (L1 & L2) at VM Building Solutions in Auby, France, I provide IT support and am the primary contact for technical issues at Level 1 and Level 2. I ensure smooth operation of IT systems on-site in Auby and in the Apok stores in Northern France. My responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining system functionality, and supporting critical IT services to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Completed an intensive three-month training program in software and hardware. Worked as first-line support for internal colleagues, gaining practical experience in troubleshooting and technical assistance.
My first project at P&V Insurance as a Support Engineer, providing IT support and resolving technical issues such as software issues, hardware, end user support, deploying PCs for new users, password resets, device management, and smartphone support.
