• Reporting to the Service Coordinator of ECC Belgium, I am leading a project for the ECC-Net. • Improve case handling efficiency by implementing cross-country best practices to increase handling of use cases more efficiently • Researching in case management procedures and customer journeys at the different ECC’s, and also check their use of IT too
Provide recommendation on digital tools and processes to increase value creation for HCPs and stakeholders across the organization. Lead the deployment of key digital initiatives across EU for assets in different lifecycle, with helpfulness, generosity, agility and fact-based thinking as key ways of working. Have the End-to-end accountability to drive execution of strategy in EU and create measurable impact.
Supporting life cycle management of product registration. Executive and controlling tasks in activities that are directly or indirectly related to the registration of products.
To provide specialised assistance in the implementation and usage of medical information systems in an independent way.
CRM Veeva admin activities. Digital Marketing and Sales data analyses (segmentation, campaign efficiency, customer engagement score, benchmarks, scorecards) in an Agile environment.
