Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Nokia Service orchestration portfolio. Implementation of the product roadmaps was done under my leadership in close cooperation with business group management, R&D and Sales Directors. Custoemr presentations and negotiation with C-Level management.
Responsible for the creation and implementation of Nokia OSS applications for service assurance and inventory. Working closely with R&D using the SAFE methodology for feature realization (Epics, Jira, Kandan board). Performing global presentations to Nokia customers at c-level and technical levels.
Consulted CSPs (KPN-NL, Telecom Italia, T-Mobile – Germany (formerly DT) with the transformation of their IT OSS/operations in relation to the change of networks moving to all IP. The projects implemented where based the PMI methodology.
Responsible for as People Manager for a group of 10 BDM’s and Solution Architects for OSS service business in the EMEA
