Peter Francq

In 2000 I started my career as a Java developer working on a product intended for the operation of airports. Over the years, I have worked in various fields (Airport, leasing, retail, clothing, banking, state institution, health insurance, satellite communication, charging stations, etc.). Not only this experience, but the various positions in which I participated, have given me a very broad view on small up to large organizations. This allows me to provide valuable input for the entire organization from the start, whether it is for a project or a feature request. What does customer support need to help the end customer quickly, what can help analyze errors when debugging. At all times I try to provide simple solutions, considering cost-efficiency, reusability and extensibility. Because of my personality, I very quickly take on a leading role within teams and the human aspect is and remains very important to me in this technological world. In recent years, I have always been able to work in an Agile environment where I could also contribute as a certified scrum master, both by coaching people and helping implement an Agile way of working within the company. Getting a group of people to work as a performing team is the rewarding part in the job I’m looking for. As a team lead in ING and M-Team I also took the role of Scrum Master. At eNovates I also took the role of Scrum Master on me besides my role as senior software engineer. In the latest projects I try to focus on the human part of the IT, getting people together to form a great team. Even without the role, I take naturally the role of the servant leader to enable team members to work at their best potential.
