Establishment of experimental protocols to confirm or deny a solution or a process.
Realization of these protocols :
Ex nihilo : Obtaining the materials, assembling machines if necessary, reproduce the line conditions
On line : Contacting the head of the concerned factory, establishing together date, place and product, restrict as most as possible creation of reject
Data exploitation with reports and/or presentations including data treatment (avoid any interference) and visualization to share the results in the quickest and easiest way
Context :
Technician internship in a context of reorganizing the service to move to another site in addition of the summer holidays which demanded more human resources
Actions :
Realization of various mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical tests on automotive parts according to an experimental protocol written by the design office
Writing of exhaustive and detailed report about the results of the tests including data treatment and visualization
Shutting down, cleaning, eventually fixing and setting up again the machines for the reorganization of the service
Participation in continuous improvement while creating documents to ensure the monitoring of the machine and the parts in order to avoid any loss or confusion between the design office and the validations service
