Served as a teaching assistant for two introductory programming courses at KU Leuven, supporting first-year students. Gained insight in DevOps practices on an industrial scale.

Supported various departments in a hands-on student role. Responsibilities included assisting with technical maintenance, basic IT support, and carrying out facility upgrades. Took part in developing and documenting an internal inventory system used for assembling custom technical setups. This role provided broad exposure to operational workflows, technical problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration in a professional environment.

Responsible for planning and leading engaging activities that supported language learning in a fun, interactive environment. Supervised and guided a group of young participants during outings to cities like London and Brighton, ensuring both safety and a positive learning experience. Gained valuable experience in teaching, group leadership, and intercultural communication.
