In this role, I specialize in the implementation of an ERP-CRM system, both software and hardware, as well as configuring the ERP, alongside providing user training and comprehensive documentation.
This role began during my time at university, where I had the opportunity to work with high school students. Later, as I pursued my master's degree, I extended my experience by working with bachelor's students.
In this role, my responsibilities were data cleaning & mining, employing machine learning tools such as GBM and GLM, coupled with expertise in data visualization and presentation, focusing on analyzing optional warranties within Household and Auto (Non-Life) insurance.
In this role, I serve as a student teaching assistant, providing support and guidance to students in their foundational understanding of computer science concepts.
