As On-site support at EEAS I prepared, tracked, solved hard- and software issues with pc, phones, printers and encrypted pc’s. We used Service Now, Teams, Cisco Webex, Active directory, office 2017 and 365. We served 2000 users and VIP’s in Brussels and helped the users or IT colleagues in need.
