• Collaborate on the design and implementation of advanced 5G features for FR2, including IAB multi-hop architecture, fairness MAC scheduling, beam management, Massive MIMO, and O1 Interface for OAM/EMS, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize hands-on experience with E2E packet core network design to contribute to the implementation and configuration of 5G-IAB nodes, ensuring robust and scalable network architectures.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing of functionality for 5G NXP CU-2160 and DU-2088 boards.
• Lead lab bring-up activities and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring smooth operation of testing environments.
• Identify bugs encountered during sanity, regression, and functional testing, and promptly raise Jira tickets to track and prioritize issues.
• Execute throughput testing with various configurations, including Mu-0,1,3, Options-3, 3a, 3x, and RI-4, with different UE/TTI values to evaluate performance.
• Utilize debugging knowledge in RAFT automation framework to troubleshoot and resolve failed test cases effectively.
• Lead end-to-end 5G standalone-SA lab setup bring-up activities, including DPDK configuration for fast packet transfer, ensuring readiness for testing.
• Perform comprehensive verification activities, including functional, regression, system, performance, soak, and stability testing, to validate product quality and reliability.
• Conduct manual and automation testing for 5G NSA/SA networks using the Robot framework, ensuring accurate and efficient testing processes.
• Test sanity and regression for BYOD, GCF, GSMA IoT test suites with different platforms (Broadcom & Intel), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Execute IMS test suites like VoLTE, SMS, and demonstrate technical capabilities to management teams from Jio and Verizon.
• Conduct system-level testing and stability testing scenarios for CBRS systems, including OTA automation test cases and TM500 automation test cases.
• Perform UE log analysis using tools like XCAL and QXDM, providing insights and troubleshooting support as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of LTE functionalities, including latency tests, X2 and S1 handover tests, MIMO scheme tests, and Intra & Inter eNodeB tests, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
• Develop testing strategies for UE and eNodeB testing, outlining methodologies and procedures to achieve testing objectives efficiently.
• Implement and optimize MIMO systems, leveraging expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Lead test setups and develop test cases based on customer requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of testing scenarios.
• Identify and procure various tools required for system integration and verification testing, ensuring availability and functionality of necessary resources.
