configuration computer systems, diagnosing Hardware & Software faults and solving tech problems, either
over the phone or face to face. Support of Windows 7- 10. Administration of MS Office 365. Installation,
configuration, operation. Installation, configuration, operation and removal of software, hardware and
speciality components (deployed packages, purchased software, video cards, scanners, printers, RAM, network
drives, shared printers, etc. Also, handling the Insurance Claims in medical department (BUPA, TAWUNIYA and
MEDGULF by NPHIES on NITCO server).
Troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repair. TCP/IP networking and hardware
maintenance and repair. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers,
laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop application. Installation of OS
and essential software’s on client PC. Provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades,
software operation, and maintenance. I also answer on-the-spot inquiries from users.
