I am traveling through Thailand and Vietnam while focusing on advancing my Cloud Security Engineering skills. During this journey, I am dedicating my time to hands-on labs, earning certifications, and deepening my knowledge in Cloud Engineering.
I provided IT support (Windows & macOS) for the NRB Group, Ethias Insurance, and The Financial Services and Markets Authority. My role also involved integrating macOS devices into the NRB Group and Ethias ecosystems.
My role involved educating individuals on Covid regulations, conducting contact tracing, and managing the scheduling of Covid test appointments.
I spent a year in Canada as part of the International Experience Canada program to broaden my horizons and gain international experience. After that, I traveled through the USA, Mexico, and the European Union.
I was responsible for providing expert technical support for MacOS and iOS systems. I diagnosed and troubleshooted problems while also mentoring and coaching junior team members to improve their skills.
My primary role was to assist customers in identifying their needs, recommend appropriate Apple products, and troubleshoot any technical issues they encountered with their machines.
I received training in installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server operating systems. The coursework covered topics such as server virtualization, networking, storage solutions, and security.
