Took on a broad technical leadership responsibility due to critical challenges within the organization. Initially joined as Scrum Master for a single development team, but quickly grew into a leadership role overseeing multiple teams leads and managers across the organization. Chaired daily IT expedite meetings with key stakeholders, including internal department heads and international external partners, to identify blockers and drive cross-team alignment and resolution. Took ownership of follow-up actions and ensured continuous delivery progress by facilitating collaboration and accountability across all parties. Developed a custom PDF comparison tool to validate invoice consistency by automatically comparing legacy and newly generated invoice documents.
