Research contract within the frame of the ARIAC project, part of the TRAIL initiative by Digital Wallonia.
TRAIL has the goal of connecting AI experts in French-speaking Belgian universities with research centres in the Belgian private sector.
I was invested in projects linked to Human-AI Interaction and Optimised Implementations of AI.
Contribution to a joint research project between the IRIDIA-CoDE lab at ULB and the Procter & Gamble Brussels Innovation Centre.
I took part in the daily work at the European Commission's Directorate General of Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT), Unit A2 (Technologies and Systems for Digitising Industry).
I notably made multiple contributions to the EU's White Paper on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which set the basis for AI legislation in the EU.
In collaboration with BSC's Life Science department. Coding of several estimators for the probability of a genotype (i.e. various types of cancer) and a phenotype to be directly linked. Two main classes of estimators developed: based on a normal distribution, and on a neural network.
