Create incidents for jobs running on Mainframe, Unix and Windows. Ensures optimum availability of the application and ICT infrastructure in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's), through constant and detailed monitoring of application performance, direct support and verification of the overall processing of application-related events, systems and services in a complex multiplatform environment as well as participation in improving incident resolution procedures.

The Belgian National Employment Office (NEO or ONEM in Fr.) contracted Unisys to support and maintain their Information Systems (IS). Our team provided: application support, including infrastructure, technical assistance, support activities and SLAs. Technology used on the project: Cobol, Win2k/Linux, TCPIP network.
Troubleshooting and apply the best solution for a incident, working with responsible team when needed. Working in shift to guarantee a 24/24-7/7 follow-up of all critical jobs.

Responsible of different projects; as a san migration and also electrical migration; Resolve issues with the different servers and systems running in the Data Center.
Installation of internet for Versatel: on customer site connection of modem adsl using voip technology and customization of the pc.
Maintenance of servers in customer sites.
Maintenance, upgrade and installation of rs6000 servers and storage library for different customers in Belgium.
