Steven Pauwels

With a large experience in the programming, maintenance and support of accounting software for a small company, the evolution of my career drove me to a team leader function in PC and server support in a worldwide organization, Caterpillar. Since 2011, my daily job goes from L1 support to participate in migration projects, remote site implementations and lifecycle management. Functions going from general IT, supporting middleware to end users including the entire BackOffice to specialization in Windows server support made me happy. I need challenges to encounter my values: Excellence, Commitment, Teamwork and Integrity.
