My curiosity and my interest in innovation, the digital transformation of organizations led me to asUgo; where I hold a consulting position first, then promoted to a Senior position. I am certified in Salesforce Admin and App Builder and experienced with Non-Profit cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. My experience in Public Sector has allowed me to acquire a transversal vision of organizations at the service of the citizen and pushes me to question the impact that digital transformation can have on these organizations as well as on the service they deliver to the citizen. At asUgo, in addition to internal projects, I worked on a project aimed at implementing Salesforce Non-profit Success Pack within an African NGO; working for the well-being and preservation of the dignity of citizens, recognized by the United Nations. He has participated in implementation, workshops, training and support. Then, I participated in the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud for the management of requests related to human resources management, for a Belgian company in the glazing sector. I took part in the analysis of needs, the translation of these into User stories, the implementation of the solution as well as user training. After this experience, I joined the in the implementation and Maintenance Project of Field Service Lightning (FSL) for a Belgium company in the Energy sector. First as a configurator, then I joined the Maintenance & Evolution team, where I am currently working. I am passionate about technology, and I am always looking for ways to leverage it to improve business processes and drive innovation. I am resourceful and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools. Proactivity, analytical and synthesis are some of my qualities. Adept of the Agile methodology, I like to take on challenges and achieve goals, while contributing in the healthy atmosphere around me.
