I have several years of experience in business and IT. I analyse business processes, I work in business process improvements, I manage process information considering the business, stakeholders and solution requirements. I organize meetings, interviews with different stakeholders to discuss their functional and non-functional requirements, the technical architecture of the solution. I perform AS-IS analysis, TO-BE analysis, I write technical and non-technical documents and monitor them until they are validated. I organize training for the various stakeholders. I collaborate doing solution tests with end users, I organize PoCs and test the new technology and/or solution. I communicate clearly and efficiently with all stakeholders.
