Digital CDO function was the IT to business representative about digital capabilities and change management programs for digital processes to business entities .
One example: Project management development and change management for “Amazon like” CRM/Pricing tool/Order-To-Cash portal for glass processing customers in Europe + Truck tracking + SAP FICO web service.
Target users: Clients and internal Sales force.
This role had a focus to leverage the new technologies for the end users (O365, Azure tools set), mobile standardization and supervision, SharePoint dev team management including change management included in project management. Target users: 6500 users.
